Ring Power Corporate Facility

Challenge:

Ring Power Corporation, one of the largest full-line Caterpillar equipment dealers in the Southeast, relocated its headquarters to a new 354,000 square foot facility. Ring Power wanted to incorporate technology to help them educate their employees, customers and suppliers and help to improve all areas of operation. The leadership also sought to create a one-of-a-kind, technologically-advanced facility within their industry.

Solution:

Our company was contracted to design and install all the AV systems throughout the facility within a six-month timeframe. The project encompassed 15 conference/training rooms, a war room, multiple computer labs, science labs, equipment rooms and common areas, such as break rooms, a trucker lounge, and lobbies.

We seamlessly integrated the tiered, auditorium-style meeting room with a recessed Stewart Filmscreen high-contrast 92" x 164" motorized projection screen and Christie Digital 4,000 lumen wide-XGA, HDTV motorized projector enabled with a split-image feature. Room functions, including audio conferencing control, lighting, DVD/VHS controls, projector views, and project positioning are all controlled by a 12" desktop color touch panel control. The system is equipped with an automatic shut down capability to conserve energy.
