Ensco Boardroom Videoconferencing System

Challenge:

Ensco is a premier global offshore oil and gas drilling contractor headquartered in Dallas, TX. For this project, Ensco sought to integrate the headquarters' boardroom with a state-of-art videoconferencing system, allowing for effective communications worldwide. The current technology was well-dated, and the executive team did not have large enough displays to properly view videoconferencing sessions, particularly when a split-screen was needed.

Solution:

Over a period of six months, our team successfully equipped the Ensco boardroom with a comprehensive videoconferencing system that would meet their needs. The newly installed technology includes a Da-Lite rear projection HD screen and Christie projector to compliment the Tandberg videoconferencing system. JBL speakers also add to the advanced technology, enhancing the sound quality and clarity of presentations and distance communications. Finally, a Crestron control system with touch panels allows executives to easily manage the boardroom’s new AV systems.
